fun arcing sunish type stencil
I used the Illusion Spiral Stencil to make a background for my son and daughter-in-love's first anniversary card! I taped down the front of my white Neenah 80# solar white classic crest 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 A2 sized card in a landscape position. I taped my new Altenew stencil over the top. Then I used Altenew Crisp Dye Ink sunkissed and a make-up sponge and went to work filling in the negative spaces. It was soooooo much fun to lift the tape and see the simple and easy pattern the stencil made. It had nice crisp lines too! I added the two coffee cups and in-between the two cups the stencil gave me just enough space to place my sentiment, "The perfect blend". Below the coffee cup scene I'd created I stamped "Happy Anniversary". The only reason I gave the stencil four stars instead of five is I wish the plastic the stencil was made of was just a tad heavier weight but weighed against the price Altenew charges and the performance of the stencil I think it's very decent!!!
