I was looking forward to using this pen for the tiny pieces of several Craft-a-Flowers I’ve bought over the last few months but after only one use, the pen dried up. I was disappointed as all the many products I’ve bought have all been fantastic.

Can you please try to clean the ballpoint with warm water and a towel? Afterward, try squeezing the bottle while pushing/tapping the ballpoint onto a piece of paper or cardstock. Kindly, open the barrel as well and check if there's a dry glue that is stopping the glue to come out.

I really didn't care for these. Hard to get glue started and hard to see when it was coming out so you could get where you needed it.

Love this pens for small places.

Beyond excellent!

I was/am working on a project which requires a great deal of small spoon glue. This pen was the perfect answer to a difficult situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in to crafting with card stock or any other situation which may require just a dot or as tiny bit of glue. Don’t pass up this jewel.

Poorly designed

I have tried cleaning, pressing the ball of the pen. I see from the questions other people have sent that this is a common problem with this pen. 2/3 of the barrel is full of glue, but inaccessible ! The pen is useless. I see many other people have had the same experience, but the company has chosen not to acknowledge what to do when this happens. Very disappointed with Altenew. Asking for a photo of the pen seems pointless.
