This stencil will help you create a detailed pinecone pattern on your project. It coordinates with our Classic Pine Stencil A for a unique two-toned look. Altenew stencils look beautiful when blended with our Crisp Dye Inks and our line of ink sprays, or you can add texture with Altenew Embossing Paste.

How To Use

Place the stencil over the project area and secure it with washi tape, painter's tape, or any other repositionable adhesive. Add patterns to your project by blending inks, spraying mists, applying embossing paste, or adding glitter. Gently pull the stencil off from the project area to see the result.

How To Clean & Care

Use baby wipes or stamp cleaner to remove any residual ink or craft medium. For more thorough cleaning, a gentle soap with lukewarm water may be used. Lightly pat the stencil dry with a clean cloth and return it to its original packaging or a storage sleeve to keep it clean. Store flat and away from direct heat/sunlight.

Pine cone stencil

I bought this stencil with the idea of making Christmas cards. I started by just using ink however I wanted something a bit more bold. I had copper colored embossing paste and tried that. It was time consuming but I really liked the results.

Pine Cone Stencil B

I love this stencil. It pairs nicely with the 3D Pine Cone Embossing folder, but not perfectly. I purchased only the B portion since I knew I didn't want to color in the pine needles. The stencil and folder combined make a beautiful slimline card worthy of Christmas, Winter, Autumn and masculine cards.

Nice but not great

If this had matched up more closely with the 3D Pinecone Embossing Folder it could have been outstanding but it did not. Close but no cigar.

I bought both of these two to use for winter/holiday cards and backgrounds. Just getting started playing with stencils but these are fabulous.
