Working with this stamp set took a lot of time since I wanted to make about 40 bookmarks for a meeting. The bookmarks were cut as tags. I used different violet and green tones of cardstock for the flowers and leaves, respectively. I also used glitter paper for some of the leaves and the flowers. As a background, I used the Altenew Trellis cover die in gold metallic paper and glued some of its leftovers in different spots to make each bookmark different. I added an embossing detail to the tag, a little glitter on the flowers, and clear Nuvo dots on the flowers and leaves. Everyone loved these bookmarks!

I also made a card following the same pattern.

The dies did a great job, I needed to cut a lot of material. I could cut about 4 sheets of regular paper but they tended to stick and needed to use tweezers to separate them. In the case of cardstock I only cut two sheets together. First, I cut all the materials for the flowers and leaves and then I assembled them. Regarding the assembly process, it takes some time and care. I used a glue with a very fine tip.

Violets have always been a favorite flower so this set makes me smile.

These Layering Die Sets just keep getting better & better! I can’t resist & keep an eye open for the next ones! The delicacy of this particular one!
