Gilded Rose wonderful!

My first ever stencil to blend and use. A dream and very easy. My only querp is that some of the fine details in the stencil bent on the first use even though I went light and used a very fine brush and light touch. Maybe thicker stencil material would help with the bending. I also noticed that the foil plate does not exactly match the stencil on the left hand side so will have to adjust the blending next time to peeter off so it wont show. All in all, am delighted. I have already ordered the Golden days hot foil and stencil from my local store. LOVE ALTENEW products!

Pretty set

The hot foil plate worked really well. It made it much easier to line up the stencil. I switched out to use other Altenew color families and really happy with the results.

My main problem is I hate to cut off part of this rose to fit on my A2 card. I might have to make a 6 x 6 card for this flower. I also have the stencils so the coloring is so easy. The rose foiled just beautiful each and every time. Very well made plate. I don’t think you would be sorry if you were on the fence about ordering this foil plate. Also you have to fussy cut the rose, which is easy to do.
